Think Beyond is a social impact and sustainability consultancy that builds a better future through sport and entertainment. We support brands, teams, leagues, and athletes to have a real impact on the world and their business. Our clients include Unilever, Subway, ESPN, Liverpool FC and Sail GP - to name just few.
Working globally from hubs in London, New York and Switzerland, our fast-growing team sits at the intersection of social change and business growth and are experts in finding effective solutions to complex problems. We believe that the foundation of business and industry should be community-driven and about building respectful relationships within your ecosystem and the world around you. As a B-Corp Certified organisation, we will continue to drive positive impact in what we do and elevate communities globally.
Change the World. Think Beyond.
The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and ambitious person to join our growing consultancy. This is an ideal next step for those who are wishing to advance their career in sustainability, social impact and sport. Our consultants get involved in all aspects of the business, from research and project management to workshops and events, and much more in between.
You will bring your growing sustainability and sport expertise directly to our clients, advising them across projects and supporting the operational delivery of programmes. As part of the wider Think Beyond team you will support, and be supported by, the other experts in our team.
You will have space to grow into managing and being responsible for your own projects and interacting directly with clients. As with all our team, you will be expected to recognise new client opportunities and open new networks. You should have strong project management skills, be able to display excellent inter-personal skills and possess a healthy curiosity to continually learn and build your skillset and knowledge base. Our culture is one of “high performance, high support”. We empower people to take ownership and make their mark on the company, while being given the support required to excel. Our work is fast paced and exciting and always dedicated to positive social impact.
You’ll need to share our belief in positive societal change in and through sport. This doesn’t mean you need to have background experience within the sport sector, as we’re more interested in how you can use your mind and experience to deliver groundbreaking work.
